“Behind the Housing Crash” was the result of working in banking for nearly a decade and seeing all the inefficiencies, politics and outright criminal behavior that led up to the housing crisis. What angered me most about it was how it was so easily preventable, yet people’s greed and desire to make money insisted on it becoming a reality. With little to no regard to running a good business or making good loans, these people put themselves ahead of pretty much everybody else, brought about the worst housing market and financial crisis since the Great Depression and brought the country to the brink of recession.
